Creamy Cucumber Onion Salad Ingredients
- 1 medium to large cucumber
- 1 small white onion sliced
- 1/2 – 1 tsp. fresh garlic
- Kraft Creamy cucumber dressing
- Chopped up fresh or dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Creamy Cucumber Onion Salad Directions
- Thinly slice your cucumber and place into a bowl. If your cucumber has a tough skin you will want to peel it first.
- Thinly slice up your onion and add to the cucumber.
- Mince the garlic up and add to the cucumbers and onions.
- Add the fresh or dried dill, salt and pepper.
- Squeeze some creamy cucumber dressing onto the ingredients in the bowl and stir. Add some more dressing if needed to make a nice creamy mixture.
